At Victory Preparatory School, we began to implement the Ron Clark Academy (RCA) House System to help further foster a positive, dynamic, and engaging culture. The sorting wheel randomly places each student and staff member into a house to ensure each group is made up of a mix of ages, genders, backgrounds, grades, and academic levels. Throughout the year, students earn points for their houses for academic efforts, school spirit, character traits, and other accomplishments, fostering an environment where relationships thrive and promoting a greater sense of belonging.
